How to get your medical marijuana card in Oklahoma

On June 26th, 2018, Oklahoma voters approved State Question 788, legalizing medical cannabis state-wide. The measure passed overwhelmingly with 57% in favor of medical marijuana. Oklahoma then became the fastest state to implement a program for medical cannabis. The first legal dispensaries opened on October 26, 2018.

The program is overseen by the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) and the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA).
